How do I request a quote?

Please contact our office and we will email you our wedding client information form. It’s full of basic questions that will let us get to know more about you and what you have planned for your wedding so far. Return this to our stylists with a list of décor items from our online catalogue and we can start to put together an initial quote for you.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, we do have minimum order values and this can be discussed with one of our event stylists.

Delivery & Collection

Are delivery and collection charges include the in the hire charges?

No, our delivery and collection fees are an additional cost that take into consideration; equipment ordered, total weight, location and access, after hours collection times. It is always best to request a quote to get an accurate costing.

Can I collect the equipment?

Yes we offer a dry hire service. Please see our styling services page for details on our dry hire service

Additional fees

An additional $50 administration, sundries & tools fee is applied to all quotes & bookings (excluding dry hires).

Showroom and warehouse hours

Our Noosaville designer showroom is available by appointment Monday to Friday from 9am – 3.30pm and Saturday’s, pending event set up times. As weekends are our busiest times executing beautiful weddings and events, appointments can be limited and book out well in advance especially from March through to May and August through to December. After hours appointments are available for full style consultations with our director which will be included in your initial proposal.

Our warehouse is open for pickups and collections from Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm. Saturday and Sundays arranged by appointment only.


Refundable bonds are charged for dry hire orders, private residence and marquee weddings. The bond amount will be stated on your quote and refunded within 1 week after the event, providing that all of the above terms and conditions are adhered to.


How do I confirm my quote?

Return the signed confirmation form to us along with the deposit amount noted on your quote/invoice. Refer to our confirmation form and terms/conditions for details.

When should I confirm my quote/date?

The more notice we have of confirmation of your wedding the better. Until we have the signed confirmation and deposit your wedding your wedding is not confirmed with us. Once a quote is sent out we will put a tentative booking for your wedding date and the décor items for 5 days for you. We always try to be as flexible as possible, however we do book out quite often as we only take a certain amount of events on each week. The sooner you confirm with us the earlier your wedding is secured and scheduled into our diary.

What happens if it rains?

Will you set my own decorations?

Yes, we do offer the service of placing your own personal décor items in conjunction with a Splash Styling package. Please discuss this with your stylist so they can help incorporate your items to complement the look of your wedding. The service charge will be included in your proposal. You will need to notify your stylist if you have any last minute additional items to set up on the day as we have allocated event times to adhere to.

We do not offer a service to deliver, set up and collect your own décor items if you have not had a Splash styling consultation with one of our professional stylists.


When you first sit down with your wedding stylist be honest about your budget. There is no point in having your heart set on a decorative idea or concept that doesn't fit into your wedding budget, it will make it very hard for you to imagine having anything less.

Don't choose a wedding decorator on price alone. Judge a decorators style by what they have done in the past and what they can show you they can create. A wedding decorator's style is a flair reflected in their work so you need to find someone who sees things the way you do, particularly if you are giving them full decorative rein.

Quite regularly in our day to day operations we are either in consultations with clients, out setting up weddings & events or scouting around sourcing new items for our range, so it is difficult for us to get to the phone. In order to provide consistently great service to our clients and suppliers, we want to make sure that even if we are unavailable your needs are still being looked after very well. So to ensure this we have the following systems in place which will enable us to work with you more effectively in the future:
